Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Sunrays Art Psychotherapy.
The following policy is in place to support clear and respectful therapeutic boundaries around appointments and cancellations.
Refund Policy
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session time.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded where appropriate.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session time are non-refundable.
Missed appointments or failure to attend without notice will also be charged in full and are non-refundable.
This policy applies because the appointment time has been specifically reserved for you and may not be possible to offer to another client at short notice.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours

Missed sessions

Late arrivals resulting in reduced session time
Where a refund is agreed, it will usually be processed within [5–10] working days using the original payment method.
Exceptional Circumstances
Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Sunrays Therapy case by case.
